Fat and Unhealthy:
This category of people have an unhealthy lifestyle. Some don’t care how they look or feel. So there’s no hope for them unless they decide to do something about it. I hope I’m not offending anybody here. For those that don’t really care how they look or feel, then they won’t be reading this article anyway. Why? Because they’re not interested in what I have to say. If they are reading this article, then something is nagging at them. There’s something in them that wants to improve them in some way. So if you say you’re fat and don’t care, and you’re reading this article, then stop fibbing to yourself. If you’re reading this, you really do care.
