There is no hard and fast rule about the best position to get pregnant; however, it appears to be best to end up on your back and stay that way for a while after you have had sex. Certain things you must definitely avoid while preparing for pregnancy is to stop using any kind of lubricant. It does not help the sperm along faster. Instead, it slows down the process. Do not worry if you don’t orgasm with your partner, as this is not a prerequisite to get pregnant.
